Use:

For Daily maintenance: Week 1: Take one capsule morning or daily; Week 2: Take one capsule before breakfast and one capsule before dinner. Week 3: Take one capsule before breakfast, lunch and dinner.

For Advanced Wellness: Super-Probiotics can be safely increased to 6 capsules daily for several monthes at a time.
