Placing an Order:All orders are to be made online using the bluegreenfoods.com shopping cart and order forms. Items can be ordered and removed using the shopping cart functions from the product description and checkout pages. While on the bluegreenfoods.com site, shopping cart contents can be checked by clicking the view cart link located on every page of the site. bluegreenfoods.com accepts payments using American Express, Visa, MasterCard credit cards. You may also send a money order to our mail department: PO Box 1173 Klamath Falls, Oregon 97601-0063 USA
For our protection and yours, and because of an increase in internet fraud, we are requiring proof of credit card ownership be provided for all new international orders. Proof consists of a copy of your most recent credit card statement showing the name, billing address and at least the last four digits of the credit card number.
Domestic and International Shipping Methods:
Domestic shipping is via FedEx Express or FedEx Ground Delivery and USPS Express and Priority and First Class Mail.

USPS Method: Express Mail International (USPS) - Insured - Any Weight
USPS Method: Express Mail International (USPS) Flat Rate Envelope - Insured - 6 Small Bottle Maximum.
USPS Method: Priority Mail International - Insured - Tracking after package leaves USA possible if scanned by your local postal system.
USPS Method: First Class Mail International Flat Rate Envelope - No Tracking available from USPS for this service. Please read more on international orders below.
FEDEX / USPS Priority Mail
USPS will ship to P.O Boxes, Military Addresses, and U.S. Territories. Please include a complete street address for all FEDEX Delivery orders. FEDEX Ground Delivery may take 5 business days for delivery.
USA Shipping Turn-around Times
Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours or less from receipt of the order. Orders placed on Friday Evening, Saturday, and Sunday will generally be shipped on the following Tuesday. USPS Priority takes 2-3 days, with an extra few days for delivery to Alaska and Hawaii. FEDEX Ground Delivery takes 5 business days for delivery. FedEx Express Mail takes 1-2 days for delivery. When calculating actual ship date, please do not count the time that it takes us to process your order, Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays.
P.O Boxes and military addresses will ship USPS Priority.
Where Do You Ship To?
We ship to any U.S. street address. Packages sent to military addresses may be delayed by military mail handling. We ship internationally.
If shipping option allows for insurance, insurance costs will be calculated and charged to customer prior to shipping. If order size exceeds base shipping price the customer's credit card will be charged for the additional costs. The customer may also receive a choice of shipping options which may include express delivery. Normal international shipping may take from 4 to 21 business days.
Please note: Any shipments lost or damaged in which the customer did not request and pay for tracking, confirmation, or insurance, are the sole responsibility of the customer, and Bluegreen Foods is not to be held responsibile for any losses incurred. Please note that insurance is not available for USPS Priority International Small Flat-Rate Box. If order size exceeds USPS Priority International Small Flat-Rate Box the customer agrees to pay for the additional costs including insurance.
· The customer is responsible for duties, fees, and insurance costs that may apply.
· Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country.
· If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges.
· If a package is lost in transit, we reserve the right to wait up to 30 days from the inquiry or trace date to determine if the package is actually lost. We need to follow proper postal procedures to determine if the package was signed by another person, stolen or lost. We will resend product unless proof of delivery can be obtained.
No refunds for lost packages unless the above procedure is followed. If you do not receive your package within 30 business days from the shipping date, and shipping company tracking page confirms that the package was not delivered, we will re-ship the order again plus shipping. Should you receive both packages, you are liable to return one back to us. We will not reship orders for which shipping company states delivery at the destination.
Returned Mail. If your package is returned back by USPS as undeliverable, shipping charges are not refundable. No exceptions. It is our responsibility to pack, mail and provide delivery confirmation. It is your responsibility to make sure your correct address supplied to us, and that you accept delivery.
Return Policy Information:

If you return any items from an order that received free shipping, the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was due to our error.
IMPORTANT: Our products are shipped in fresh condition and stored in a climate-controlled warehouse. We cannot accept returns for heat-damaged products.
